Britain should avoid treating a suspect's Iranian nationality as evidence of Iranian state involvement

British police arrested a dual UK–Iranian national on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts. Five people arrested earlier near RAF Fairford were released on bail. The new arrest establishes neither the suspect's guilt nor Iranian state involvement.
