Binance Brazil service restrictions

Binance’s Brazilian service restrictions take effect on 27 October 2026, including eight products and trading in 22 tokens. Its earlier 8 October notice describes migration to local entities and preserves withdrawal access; restrictions are not a blanket freeze of customer balances.
