Strategy's return to Bitcoin buying

Strategy disclosed on 31 August 2026 that it bought 4,603 Bitcoin for 369.7 million dollars at an average of 80,318 dollars, its first purchase in two months, lifting holdings to 845,050 BTC. The buy came after the company sold 6,948 BTC near 60,000 dollars this summer to fund preferred dividends, a trade CEO Phong Le defends.
