I work with Web3 communities, focusing on onboarding, education, and long-term engagement. I was involved early as an ambassador in the NEAR ecosystem, where I supported new users, helped organize community initiatives, and worked closely with people who were just starting their Web3 journey. I’m most interested in how people actually learn, collaborate, and grow inside decentralized ecosystems. My work is less about the technology itself and more about making Web3 easier to understand, more inclusive, and more practical for everyday contributors.
