eToro has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States
Description
On March 24, 2025, eToro filed a Form F-1 with the U.S. SEC to go public on the Nasdaq under the ticker “ETOR”. The trading platform is seeking to raise $400 million at a valuation between $4.5 and $5 billion.
