eToro trading platform publicly files for US IPO

eToro filed a registration statement with the SEC to go public on the Nasdaq under the ticker “ETOR,” aiming for a valuation over $5 billion. This follows earlier confidential filings in January and a failed 2021 SPAC deal that valued the firm at $10.4 billion.
