Proposed U.S.-Ukraine-Russia technical talks in the UAE

Washington proposed a technical-level trilateral meeting between the United States, Ukraine and Russia in the UAE. Ukraine is awaiting a proposed date, while Russia has indicated that a meeting is possible but has not agreed to a confirmed agenda or participation arrangements.
