European governments should suspend arms exports to Israel until settler violence is effectively prosecuted

Belgium reported that Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian civilians, European diplomats, Catholic representatives and a French mayor near Taybeh on 17 October. Israeli authorities condemned the incident and opened an investigation. The EU subsequently condemned the attacks.
