Russian mass aerial attack on Ukraine

Russian missile and drone attacks struck Kyiv and twelve other Ukrainian regions, killing at least 25 civilians, according to Ukrainian officials. The attacks damaged infrastructure and highlighted Ukraine's shortage of air-defence interceptors. Russia said it targeted military-industrial and port facilities.
