Attacks on Black Sea cargo vessels threaten civilian maritime trade

Russia's Defence Ministry said it struck two cargo vessels near Odesa that it alleged were carrying military equipment. It also reported attacks on another vessel and infrastructure in and near Odesa and Kyiv. Reuters could not independently verify the military's claims, including the vessels' cargo.
