Oleshky humanitarian ceasefire October 2026

Russia and Ukraine have accepted a temporary local pause intended to permit road clearance, relief deliveries and voluntary departures from a Russian-occupied town. Implementation is scheduled for 27 October, with the agreement confined to the humanitarian operation rather than the wider war.
