Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals reported that ARO-MAPT was generally well tolerated in healthy volunteers, with no serious adverse events, deaths, or toxicity-related study dropouts, and mild reported side effects including injection site reactions, vessel puncture bruising, respiratory infections, and headaches.
