Justice Department conspiracy subpoenas

Federal prosecutors issued grand-jury subpoenas in September 2026 for a Florida-based Justice Department investigation into whether officials investigating Donald Trump conspired against him. John Brennan was summoned for October 15 testimony after prosecutor Joe diGenova resigned, while no charges had been filed.
