Trump economic approval poll

An AP-NORC survey released October 1, 2026, found broad public disapproval of President Donald Trump’s handling of the economy, reaching a new low in his economic approval. The results were compared with some of former President Joe Biden’s weakest economic ratings despite the economy being stronger than sentiment suggested.
