Bound over on all seven counts on 1 September, the 23-year-old pleaded not guilty and faces a capital sentencing enhancement after Judge Tony Graf found probable cause that Kirk was targeted for his political expression. Graf has also refused to bar cameras, moving them behind the defendant.
