North Korean it-worker sanctions

Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions issued October 28, 2026, designated 10 North Korean and Russian individuals and a Russia-based entity for supporting fraudulent North Korean IT-worker employment. The designations block U.S.-linked property and prohibit unauthorized dealings, targeting revenue for North Korea’s weapons programs.
