Circle BTC-backed borrowing launch

Circle introduced Digital Asset-Backed Borrowing for eligible Circle Mint customers on September 21, 2026. The service lets customers deposit Bitcoin, mint cirBTC and borrow USDC through integrated lending markets on Arc or Ethereum.
