Senior AV Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AV Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for AV Engineering in various office deployment projects, including moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning. This role requires a strong technical background in configuring and provisioning video conferencing (VC) endpoints and AV devices to ensure fully functional VC systems. The candidate will also be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing global deployment standards, troubleshooting AV issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AV services and user experience.
Candidate Profile
Serve as the point of contact for AV Engineering in office deployment, move, add, change, and decommissioning projects
Configure, operate, and maintain AV equipment and associated solutions
Define, develop, and implement standards and policies for audio-video services
Develop and implement processes to streamline AV operations
Utilize QSYS, Google Meet, and Crestron systems
Develop global standards for AV deployment
Design, code, test, and troubleshoot technology configurations
Develop testing processes for AV changes
Manage conferencing solutions
Train AV Ops teams
Collaborate with IT and Workplace teams
Consider user feedback to improve AV services

Minimum of 5 years of experience in audiovisual technology
