People Programs Manager

Our products – the Uniswap Interface, the Uniswap Mobile App, and the Uniswap Extension – are powered by the Uniswap Protocol. The protocol is the largest onchain marketplace, with billions of dollars in weekly volume across thousands of tokens on Ethereum and 8+ additional chains.
Candidate Profile
Design, implement, and manage People programs focused on employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management
Act as a key partner to People Business Partner, People Ops, and other stakeholders
Analyze data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness
Partner on change management efforts
Support Uniswap in being an inclusive space
Partner with People leads to develop scalable strategies
Stay updated on People trends and best practices
Compensation & Perks
5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
Ability to work in New York City SoHo offices
Proven track record of managing People programs
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in HR software
Experience in growing or evolving organizations is a plus
