The Role
The Sales Development Representative will drive outbound sales efforts across the UK and Europe, identifying token projects that need liquidity, engaging them, and setting up high-value meetings for the Business Development team.
Candidate Profile
Prospect & Qualify: Identify token projects and exchanges that could benefit from LO:TECH's market-making solutions
Outbound Sales: Craft personalised, high-impact outreach across Telegram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and email
Set Up Meetings: Secure qualified calls for the BD team, ensuring leads are a strong fit
Event & Community Networking: Represent LO:TECH at industry events, meet-ups, and conferences
Maintain CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Track all prospect interactions
Conduit: Collaborate with the trading team to understand client needs
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in market-making, token liquidity, and exchange activity
Compensation & Perks
1-3 years experience in SDR, BDR, or sales role (crypto, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
Crypto-native understanding
Strong communication skills

Fluent in English (additional language a plus)
