Hart Lambur posted an X thread on 27 June 2025 in which he criticized the anonymity of researcher Ogle and flagged Ogle’s associations with rival cross-chain bridges LayerZero and Stargate as potential conflicts of interest.
Hart Lambur stated that Across Protocol’s ACX governance token has been publicly traded for nearly three years and insisted, “My team is free to buy tokens and privately vote in proposals, just like every other DAO out there.”
