Robinhood Pushes Deeper Into Crypto With Own Blockchain, Tokenized Stock Launch

Robinhood launched over 200 tokenised US stocks on Arbitrum for EU users, with plans to shift to its own Layer 2 blockchain supporting 24/7 trading and self-custody. It also introduced perpetual futures in Europe, crypto staking in the US and private equity tokens for OpenAI and SpaceX. CEO Vlad Tenev said the goal is to bring the full Robinhood ecosystem onchain.
