In a move that could seriously shake up Bitcoin’s future, developer Agustin Cruz has shared a new draft proposal called the “Quantum-Resistant Address Migration Protocol” (QRAMP). Posted on the Bitcoin-Dev mailing list, the proposal gives the idea to guard the network against potential attacks from quantum computers — even if it means some Bitcoins might end up unusable.
