SEC replaces Crypto Assets Unit with Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit

The SEC has replaced its Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit with the Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit (CETU). The unit, led by Laura D’Allaird and comprising 30 attorneys and fraud specialists across nine regional offices as part of broader regulatory reforms under the new administration.
