Ethereum overcomes setbacks, confirms Pectra upgrade for May 7

Ethereum core developers confirmed the Pectra upgrade will go live on May 7 at 10:05:11 UTC, replacing the tentative April 30 plan. The update is designed to improve wallet features, user experience and network scalability.
