The software suite is available in three presets: StarkWare Sequencer, which most closely resembles the public Starknet stack; Madera, a fully customizable, open-source configuration; and Dojo, a mode optimized for gaming.
The SN stack has various options meant to cater to different kinds of developers. According to a press release shared with CoinDesk, “developers can choose between Madara, an open-source and modular framework built for flexibility, Dojo, optimized for gaming and on-chain applications, or the StarkWare Sequencer, which provides the full, high-performance infrastructure of public Starknet.”
StarkNet offers three different stack implementations: The StarkWare sequencer, which powers StarkNet and other zero-knowledge (ZK) platforms, Madara which is an open-source framework for appchains (custom blockchains); and Dojo, which is optimized for onchain games and applications.
