Vitalik Buterin shares key insights on Pectra upgrade

Ethereum cofounder Vitalik Buterin has stated in a post on X that the Pectra upgrade is expected for March 2025 and should double Layer-2 capacity. He has proposed making blob capacity staker-voted to enable dynamic scaling without requiring future hard forks.
