Stripe acquires Privy
Description
Stripe has acquired crypto wallet infrastructure startup Privy to expand its Web3 and stablecoin initiatives. Privy will remain independent but integrate into Stripe’s ecosystem, reinforcing the fintech giant’s push to bridge crypto and traditional finance.
