Ethereum Foundation collaborates on new framework to standardize buzzy 'intents' transactions

The Ethereum Foundation, Hyperlane and Bootnode have co‑led the creation of the Open Intents Framework, a public good initiative to standardize “intents” transactions, with support from major L2 networks including Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, ZKsync and Scroll.
