Offchain Labs is launching a Universal Intent Engine to enable fast, cheap, and trustless interoperability for Arbitrum chains and Ethereum Layer 2s. The initiative, which will roll out in Q1 2025, will support seamless cross-chain token transfers, swaps, and message passing.
