Per the schedule shared by the COTI team, its V2 ecosystem design will launch in phases

COTI's V2 rollout plan consists of phased implementations. Initially, Full Node operators will manage V2 Nodes from launch, followed by the onboarding of additional nodes within two months. The next phase will see the development of multiple Treasury Pools, and the final phase will introduce multi-token staking.
