Metaplanet Inc. has crossed a significant threshold in its Bitcoin accumulation strategy, hitting the halfway mark in its goal to hold 10,000 coins by the end of 2025. The Tokyo Exchange-listed investment firm announced Wednesday it had acquired an additional 145 BTC for approximately $13.6 million.
