Gemini to launch crypto derivatives in Europe with new license
Description
Gemini received a MiFID II license from Malta’s financial regulator, enabling it to offer crypto derivatives, including perpetual futures, to advanced users in the EU and EEA. The exchange has yet to obtain full MiCA licensing but continues expanding its European regulatory footprint.
