Holonym Foundation has acquired Gitcoin Passport in a $10 million deal, rebranding it as Human Passport to expand privacy-focused proof-of-humanity (PoH) solutions. The acquisition integrates zero-knowledge to enhance onchain reputation and Sybil resistance.
