Robinhood has begun integrating Bitstamp’s platform into its infrastructure, with connections already live to Robinhood Legend and its Smart Exchange Routing system.

Robinhood estimates that it will incur approximately $65 million in Bitstamp-related expenses during the remaining seven months of 2025.

Robinhood paid the full $200 million consideration in cash to acquire Bitstamp, matching the originally announced deal terms from June 2024.
