Say hello to true interop

Offchain Labs announced a universal intents engine to enable true interoperability between Arbitrum chains and Ethereum L2s. The initiative will launch in two phases, with Phase 1 introducing intent-based interoperability for crosschain swaps and transfers in Q1 2025. Phase 2, set for Q3 2025, aims to integrate interoperability natively at the protocol level.
