Vitalik proposes replacing EVM with RISC-V

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has proposed replacing the EVM with the RISC-V architecture to improve execution layer efficiency, scalability, and zero-knowledge proving performance while preserving backward compatibility.
