Suzdal

Small town in the Golden Ring northeast of Moscow, Russia, often likened to an open-air museum of old Russian architecture. Its riverside meadows are dotted with white-walled monasteries, the Suzdal Kremlin, and dozens of churches, part of a UNESCO World Heritage listing.
