Gustavia

Chic harbour town and capital of St Barthélemy in the French Caribbean, its red-roofed houses gathered around a yacht-filled port. Swedish from 1784 to 1878, it keeps that legacy in the ruins of Fort Gustav and a handful of street names from the era.
