Hanga Roa

Only town on Easter Island, the Chilean outpost the Rapa Nui call the navel of the world and one of the most remote inhabited islands anywhere. It is the gateway to the island's giant moai statues, among them the fifteen standing in a row at Ahu Tongariki.
