Add comprehensive mental health entities: therapies and diagnostic scales

Comprehensive coverage of mental health's two foundational clinical layers, psychotherapy methods and diagnostic screening instruments, is missing from the Health space. This bounty builds that foundation by publishing ~40 evidence-based therapy entities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and others) and ~30 validated screening scales (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, and others), each cross-linked to existing Disease, Symptom, Drug, and Medical Specialty entities.

Why it matters

The Health space covers physical health well diseases, symptoms, medications, lab tests, anatomy, muscles. But mental health as a domain is almost entirely absent, despite being one of the most discussed areas in medicine and public health today. A few entities exist (Depression and Anxiety disorder) but without depth, consistency, or systematic coverage.

To build a strong mental health knowledge graph, we need:

  • Standardized definitions of mental disorders across all major categories

  • Clear diagnostic classification (ICD, DSM-5)

  • Evidence-based therapy methods mapped to diseases

  • Validated screening instruments linked to the disorders they assess

This enables powerful queries like:

  • "All anxiety disorders with their first-line therapies"

  • "Screening instruments validated for depression"

  • "Diseases treated by cognitive behavioral therapy"

  • "Disorders with typical onset in adolescence"

What to publish

Scope
