We 💜 SF is an inclusive collective of web3 enthusiasts, nonprofits, activists, and contributors from many different spaces with a passion to solve San Francisco’s biggest challenges .

Building Awareness

We create opportunities and provide the time and space for organizations to share what they are working on, so community members receive the context and understanding to help them make informed decisions and learn how they can support programs and initiatives.

Strengthening Communities

Through our weekly gatherings and events such as Innovate, we actively build bridges between organizations to solidify partnerships and activate people from different spheres of influence to rally around specific challenges.

Taking action

The We 💜 SF community coordinates events and is developing programs and resources through working groups like decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), a bottom-up, community-driven framework that empowers members to take action and drive meaningful change.

Our mission is to harness the power of web3 technology to solve the pressing issues our city faces, including housing, substance use, homelessness, and other challenges that impact the lives of our fellow San Franciscans.

At the heart of our movement is the belief that, by leveraging the unique capabilities of web3 – such as decentralized organization, new ways to share and organize information, and more efficient cooperation methods – we can offer a significant improvement on current approaches to addressing San Francisco's issues.

Our community thrives on the shared values of innovation, cooperation, decentralization and meritocracy.

We host regular meetups at the House of Web3 in Presidio to discuss San Francisco's pressing issues, brainstorm solutions, and plan real-life efforts to put our ideas into action.
